O autor , Conde Pietro Antonelli, Procurador do rei da Itália, requereu providenciar a arrecadação dos bens do espólio de Almilcar Aldrim, nacionalidade italiana, professor de viola que faleceu no Hospital São Sebastião de febre Amarela. O referido espólio era composto apenas de uma viola e algumas roupas. O pedido baseava-se nos Decreto nº 855 de /08/11/1851 e Decreto nº 10217 de 30/03/1890
